MTOR and neoplasm: All approaches facilitate M-CRAC control in r/r tumor disease via concerted inflammation control in r/r LCH and r/r HL, differentiation induction in r/r AML with adverse risk features according to European LeukemiaNet (ELN), and the efficacious targeting of edited non-oncogene addiction in r/r HL and melanoma with mTOR inhibitors [12,13,16,23,41,45] (Figure 3).
