The upregulation of CD274 at the surface protein level was confirmed by flow cytometry analyses in MDA-MB-231 (TNBC cell line) under treatment with erastin and RSL3 (Figure 3E) but also in a breast cancer stem cell model (human mammary epithelial HMLER CD24low/CD44high) under treatment with erastin, RSL3 and salinomycin (Figure 4F). This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and breast carcinoma.
