High SEC62 expression levels were associated with unfavorable prognosis in HNSCC [22], melanoma [23], breast cancer [24], and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC [25,26]), advanced lymph node metastasis in NSCLC [25], melanoma [23], gastric cancer [27], colorectal cancer [28], and HNSCC [22], as well as distant metastasis in breast cancer [24] and melanoma [23]. Here, SEC62 is linked to colorectal cancer.
