For RET fusion–positive NSCLC patients (at 40–120 mg once daily (QD)), the ORR was 80.8% (95% CI: 60.7–93.5) and 69.7% (95% CI: 51.3–84.4) in treatment-naïve and previously treated patients, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene RET and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
