LAT and temporal arteritis: Figure 4 shows boxplots of the highest SULmax values per patient (max SULmax) separately for SAT and LAT, and for patients with and without GCA. A Mann–Whitney U test showed significant differences between patients with GCA (GCA+) and without (GCA−) for both an SAT (p = 0.0002) and LAT (p < 0.0001). For GCA patients, no significant differences were found between an SAT and LAT whereas this was found for GCA+ patients (p = 0.0475).
