This result is significant because BCR lesions were most frequently found in the prostate bed, pelvic lymph nodes, and bone involvement; and early detection of prostate bed, pelvic lymph nodes, or bone metastasis is crucial for subsequent treatment such as salvage node dissection or salvage radiotherapy for local lymph node metastases and salvage radiotherapy for prostate bed and solitary bone metastases. Here, BCR is linked to bone metastasis.
