IDH-wildtype glioblastoma, according to the Central Nervous System World Health Organization Classification (CNS WHO), 5th edition [12], is a diffuse, astrocytic glioma with wild-type IDH and H3, exhibiting one or more of the following histological or genetic features: microvascular proliferation, necrosis, TERT promoter mutation, EGFR gene amplification, and +7/−10 chromosome copy-number changes (CNS WHO grade 4).
