Except for tumor size, tumor number, hemoglobin, albumin, lymphocyte, platelet, HALP, and TBS, HTS grades were significantly correlated with history of hepatitis B infection, high CEA, high CA19-9, Poorly differentiated tumor, vascular invasion, lymph node invasion, prothrombin time (PT) prolongation, elevated white blood cell and neutrophil count (all P < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene F2 and hepatitis B virus infection.
