IGF1 and acromegaly: Patients treated with pegvisomant monotherapy and having baseline IGF-1 values <300 (dark green line) or 300–500 μg/L (orange line) are those with the lowest probabilities of uncontrolled acromegaly at most time points of the first 10 years of follow-up, with the latter combination showing the steepest decrease in the probability over the years.
