Our study found that 5 risk features of OSRGs construction were implicated in the immune pathway, and the number of four kinds of immune cells, including resting dendritic cells, resting CD4 memory T cells, mast cells sleeping, as well as neutrophils, was greatly different between the HR and LR groups, indicating a strong role of OSRGs in regulating tumor immune infiltration. The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is neoplasm.
