CRABP2 and ovarian cancer: To explore the specific molecular mechanisms underlying chemotherapy resistance in ovarian cancer, we analyzed the upregulated genes in ovarian cancer drug-resistant cells from the public databases GSE1926 and GSE15709, and found that CRABP2 was upregulated in both drug-resistant datasets (Fig. 1A), suggesting that CRABP2 may play an important role in the development of drug resistance.
