CD8A and metastatic neoplasm: In these cancer models, at day 7 (pre‐metastatic disease in 4T1), the populations of total immune cells (CD45+), CD8+ T Cells, and NK Cells (CD49b+) were approximately two‐fold higher (p < 0.05) in the scaffolds from 67NR‐treated mice than 4T07 or 4T1 mice (Figure 2a).
