After the Wilcoxon signed-rank test and Kruskal-Wallis test, increased expression of HOXC6 in CRC samples was markedly linked to T stage (P < 0.001), N stage (P = 0.022), neoplasm type (P < 0.001), pathological state (P = 0.028), TP53 status (P < 0.001), and BRAF status (P < 0.001; Fig. 1E–J). Here, TP53 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
