ANP32B and colorectal carcinoma: Analysis of ANP32B RNA and protein levels in three CRC cells (HCT116, RKO and HT29) and a human normal colonic epithelial cell (NCM460) by qRT-PCR and western blotting, respectively, showed that the levels of expression of ANP32B mRNA (Fig. 1B) and protein (Fig. 1C) were higher in HCT116, RKO and HT29 cells than in NCM460 cells, suggesting that ANP32B may be a potential oncogene in CRC.
