The most common AEs in the first 4 weeks after CAR-T cell infusion were granulocytopenia (94.9%), anemia (87.2%), and fever (74.4%), with ≥ grade 3 granulocytopenia (76.9%) and anemia (41.0%) (Table 2), which was similar to that in anti-CD19 CAR-T therapies (78% of neutropenia, 43% of anemia and 38% thrombocytopenia)3,20.
