CXCL8 and congenital rubella syndrome: We also found that peak levels of 9 cytokines, including IL-6, IL-7, IL-8, Eotaxin, LAG3, B and Tlymphocyte attenuator (BTLA), TNF-α, Monocyte chemoattractant protein (MCP-1), and MIP-1β were significantly elevated in patients with grade 2–3 CRS compared to those with grade 0–1 CRS (Supplementary Fig. S8), suggesting that these biomarkers were correlated with more severe CRS.
