To clarify the molecular mechanism by which NEURL3 inhibits NPC migration, invasion and EMT, we performed mass spectrometry analysis and identified Vimentin, which is one of the EMT-associated markers, as a potential target of NEURL3 (Fig. 4a; Supplementary Fig. 4a; Supplementary Table 3). The gene discussed is NEURL3; the disease is nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
