This study first predicted the relationship between TBC1D1 and the prognosis of glioma using the CGGA (http://www.cgga.org.cn/help.jsp) [17] and TCGA (https://portal.gdc.cancer.gov/) [18] databases, then studied the effect of TBC1D1 downregulation on the proliferation, migration, and invasion of glioma cells. Here, TBC1D1 is linked to central nervous system cancer.
