Specifically, our results revealed higher PDCD1 and CD86 levels but lower CD47 levels in the high-risk group, suggesting that colon cancer patients in the high-risk group may respond better to anti-PD-1 and anti-CD86 inhibitors, while those in the low-risk group may benefit more from anti-CD47 inhibitors.
