Importantly, interrogation of multiple tumor gene expression profiles showed evidence for elevated ETS1 mRNA level in a subset of Ewing sarcomas, the positive correlation of ETS1 and TNS3 expression, and a dataset that enables the correlation gene expression with clinical outcome indicated higher ETS1 expression is associated with a poorer overall survival probability (Supplemental Fig. S4A), as too is the expression of TNS3. This evidence concerns the gene ETS1 and neoplasm.
