ROS1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: The results of prospective Phase I/II clinical trials have confirmed the effectiveness of crizotinib in ROS1-positive NSCLC (Shaw et al., 2019a), and in recent years, several targeted drugs, including entrectinib, ceritinib, and lorlatinib, have also shown excellent antitumor activity (Shaw et al., 2017; Peters et al., 2020; Dziadziuszko et al., 2021).
