They found that compared with those without mutation, those with BRCA2 mutation had significantly larger tumor diameter (2.7 cm vs 2.4 cm, P < 0.001), higher lymph node-positive rate (55% vs 43%, P = 0.001), and higher incidence of second or contralateral BC (18.6% vs 6.7%, P < 0.001). Here, BRCA2 is linked to neoplasm.
