Knockdown of Traf7 by traf7 ATG-MO, traf7 E3i3-MO, and traf7 E4i4-MO led to severe developmental delay and body defects in zebrafish embryos, including unconsumed yolk sac, microcephaly, obvious curved body axis, pericardial edema, and short body (Supplementary Figure S1A), compared to the uninjected and control-MO groups. This evidence concerns the gene TRAF7 and microcephaly.
