In our study, through TCGA database we found that SLC10A3 is significantly higher expressed in colorectal cancer, so we further investigated the role of SLC10A3 in colorectal cancer and unveiled its prognostic value, functional enrichment pathways, methylation patterns, tumor immune infiltration, and variance analysis between high and low SLC10A3 expression groups using bioinformatic analysis. Here, SLC10A3 is linked to colorectal cancer.
