Of note, although variable rates of specific mitotic defects were observed throughout cB-ALL subgroups, chromosome alignment defects in the metaphase plates and multipolar spindles (detected as more than two pericentrin foci) were the most frequent abnormalities in aneuploid cB-ALL cells (Figs. 3D and EV1B), in line with our previous observations in an independent cohort of HeH-B-ALL PDX samples (Molina et al, 2020). This evidence concerns the gene PCNT and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
