In this study, we validate the prognostic power of Trop2 expression in prostate cancer tissue utilizing the Canary Prostate Cancer Tissue Microarray (CPCTA) which contains over 1100 patient samples, and assess urine shed Trop2 as a potential non-invasive biomarker for diagnosis and prediction of clinically significant prostate cancer. This evidence concerns the gene TACSTD2 and prostate cancer.
