Neither native nor citLL37 induced IFN-γ-producing CD4+ T cells in MNC cultures from HDs, while citLL37 induced a significant increase in the proportion of IFN-γ-producing CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in cultures from patients with psoriasis compared to unstimulated- and native LL37-stimulated cultures (Figures 1A, B, E, F). This evidence concerns the gene IFNG and psoriasis.
