The third more common neuropathological substrate is Alzheimer Disease (AD) which accounts for—20% of cases, whereas the remaining cases have been variably attributed to Pick’s Disease, Globular Glial Tauopathy (GGT), Anti-IgLON5 disease, Frontotemporal Lobar Degeneration (FTLD) with TDP-43 inclusions (FTLD-TDP) and with fused-in-sarcoma pathology (FTLD-FUS), Lewy Body Disease (DLB), and even Creutzfeldt-Jacob Disease (CJD) [2, 3].
