The results showed that SLC35A3 was widely associated with immune infiltration, including T-helper cells, Th2 cells, central memory T cells (Tcm cells), natural killer (NK) cells, plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs), and regulatory T cells (Treg cells), which play key roles in the regulation of CRC prognosis. This evidence concerns the gene SLC35A3 and colorectal carcinoma.
