RNF31 and neoplasm: Our univariate analysis indicated that high RNF31 expression was a prognostic factor associated with poor survival (hazard ratio [HR], 2.31; 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.07–5.00; P = 0.034), as well as tumor classification and tumor growth patterns (P = 0.001 and P = 0.002, respectively) (Table 2).
