In the overall population, the median (range) age at diagnosis of recurred or metastatic ALK+ NSCLC was 57.0 (20.0–84.0) years, and first‐line recipients were significantly older than second‐ or later‐line recipients (62.0 [20.0–84.0] years vs. 55.0 [26.0–82.0] years).
