LAG3 and metastatic melanoma: Several clinical trials are validating the effectiveness of LAG-3-targeted therapy 9, and Opdualag, the initial fixed-dose combination of Relatlimab, a LAG-3 inhibitor, and nivolumab, a PD-1 inhibitor, has been authorized by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on March 19, 2022, for treating unresectable or metastatic melanoma in patients aged 12 or above.
