Interestingly, it was found that CD11b+ myeloid cells were significantly reduced in 4T1 tumor-bearing mice with GFI treatment compared to the untreated ones (Fig. 3, Fig. S4), which might be due to the decrease of CD11b+Gr-1+ MDSCs percentage with high dose GFI treatment (Fig. 3B), but not the CD11b+F4/80+ TAMs (Fig. S4C).
