Six genes were closely associated with viral infection, namely, LY6E (22), receptor-type tyrosine-protein phosphatase S (PTPRS) (23), neurogenic locus notch homolog protein 3 (NOTCH3) (24), tripartite motif containing 56 (TRIM56) (25), ring finger protein 135 (RNF135) (26), and growth arrest-specific 6 (GAS6; Fig. 4F) (27, 28). Here, TRIM56 is linked to viral infectious disease.
