Further expression profiling analysis of the EMT pathway revealed that the majority of genes in the EMT pathway were upregulated upon α1α2‐dKO (Figure 4e), which is in line with our above observations on the association of ITGA1/ITGA2 copy number loss/del and downregulation with PCa tumor progression to advanced stages and metastasis (Figure 1f–l, Figure 2; Figures S1d–n, S2, and S3a–c, Supporting Information). The gene discussed is ITGA1; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
