The results constantly showed that PCa patients with triple low expression of ITGA1, ITGA2 and TEAD1 demonstrated higher Gleason score (Figure 10m), PSA levels (Figure 10n; Figure S11n, Supporting Information), advanced tumor stages (Figure 10o) and lymph node metastasis (Figure 10p). The gene discussed is ITGA2; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
