Given that YAP1 has been reported to regulate transcription by interacting with TEAD‐family members,[18] we explored a large collection of genome‐wide chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP‐seq) data derived from PCa and other tissues including breast and lung to study the regulatory mechanisms at the ITGA1/ITGA2 loci. Here, ITGA1 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
