We studied the effect of age, sex, APOE status (APOE ε4+), renal function measured by the estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), vascular risk factors (presence of at least one of the following: high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, history of stroke, obstructive sleep apnea with CPAP) and clinical status (CU, MCI and Dementia). Here, APOE is linked to hypertensive disorder.
