RIPK1 and Splenomegaly: Myeloid cell-specific inhibition of TBK1 and IKKε caused splenomegaly, neutrophilia, and monocytosis that were dependent on RIPK1 kinase activity, demonstrating that TBK1 and IKKε function in a cell-intrinsic manner to suppress RIPK1-dependent expansion of myeloid cells.
