The results showed that the expression levels of GBP1 were higher in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBC), ESCA, GBM, HNSC, KIRC, acute myeloid leukemia (LAML), low-grade glioma (LGG), ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), PAAD, skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), STAD and testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT) tissues than normal tissues, and lower in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), KICH, KIRP, LIHC, LUAD, LUSC, PRAD, rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), THCA, UCEC and uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS) tissues (Fig. 1B). Here, GBP1 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
