As expected, the results demonstrated that NCAPG2 silencing significantly inhibit the enhancement effect of c-MYC plasmid, while NCAPG2 overexpression could reverse the inhibitory effect of 10058-F4 in PCa cells (Student’s t-test, P < 0.05; Fig. 6a-b). The gene discussed is NCAPG2; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
