GYG1 and Sepsis: Analyzing publicly available data sets, the study identified 537 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) with similar patterns, revealing significant sepsis-related genes such as MCEMP1, CD177, S100A12, ANXA3, and GYG1. Furthermore, the study also showed a notable enrichment of biological pathways and processes involved in T cell activation, leukocyte adhesion, differentiation, and immunological responses, including Th1, Th2, and Th17 cell differentiation.
