The results indicated that the common genes were primarily involved in tight junction, the IL-17 signaling pathway, acute myeloid leukemia, regulation of actin cytoskeleton, shigellosis, Salmonella infection, Yersinia infection, ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis, spliceosome, and legionellosis (Fig. 5G, Table S6). This evidence concerns the gene UBA52 and acute myeloid leukemia.
