The median OS was shorter in the group without hyperlipidemia (not reached vs. not reached), higher number of intrahepatic tumors (≥5; not reached vs. not reached), macrovascular invasion (11.5 months vs. not reached), higher AFP level (≥400 ng/mL; 12.6 months vs. not reached), worse Child–Pugh score (≥6; not reached vs. not reached), and higher NLR (≥3.03; 12.6 months vs. not reached) than in the other groups (Fig 4).
