TP53 and gout: The genes in the key module were mainly related to Extracellular matrix organization, Glutathione metabolism, Rheumatoid arthritis, IL-17 signaling pathway, etc. Then, 83 DEGs were analyzed from the GSE199950 dataset, mainly related to Hedgehog signaling pathway, Olfactory transduction, and P53 signaling pathway, etc. Among the enriched items of the above genes, some have been confirmed to be involved in the pathogenesis of gout.
