SARDH expression was in a negative correaltion with infiltration levels of aDC, iDC, T cells, Tem, macrophages, NK CD56bright cells, T helper cells, NK CD56dim cells, TFH, Th1 cells, as well as Th2 cells in our study, suggesting that SARDH regulates immune cell infiltration to alter the TME and ultimately promote HCC progression. The gene discussed is SARDH; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
