In comparison to corresponding normal tissues, RIPK1 exhibits elevated expression levels in the majority of cancers, with the exception of colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), and kidney chromophobe (KICH) (Figure 3A). This evidence concerns the gene RIPK1 and prostate adenocarcinoma.
