At the protein level, western blot (Figure 1I-J), immunohistostaining (Figure 1K, Figure S1B) and immunofluorescence staining (Figure 1L-M) experiments showed that compared with normal brain tissue, SECTM1 was highly expressed in glioma tissue, and the higher the malignant degree of glioma, the higher the expression of SECTM1. This evidence concerns the gene SECTM1 and central nervous system cancer.
