As expected, suppression of IL 36 signaling did not only affect the expression of mostly keratinocyte-derived chemokines (Ccl20, Ccl2, Cxcl2) and cytokines (Il36g) (Figure 3A) but also effectively reduced the expression of psoriasis-associated cytokines produced by T-cells (Il17a, Il22, Tnf) and myeloid cells (Il1b) (Figure 3B, Supplementary Figures 2A-C). This evidence concerns the gene IL36G and psoriasis.
