TP53 and cancer: The GSVA results indicated that the high-risk group exhibited significant enrichment in biological processes encompassing signaling pathways related to DNA replication and damage repair, immune response, apoptosis, cell signaling, cell-cell interactions, and cell-matrix interactions, such as notch signal pathway, adherens junction, pathways in cancer, DNA replication, non-homologous end joining, focal adhesions, jak stat signaling pathway, p53 signaling pathway, MARK signaling pathway, and regulation of the actin cytoskeleton (Figure 7).
