Similarly, HCC patients responding to TACE had significantly higher level of MKI67, a marker of cell proliferation, and of CDKN2A, an anti-cuproptosis gene (Supplementary Figure 2F), and these patients also had significantly decreased expression of FDX1, a key pro-cuproptosis gene (Supplementary Figure 2F). This evidence concerns the gene CDKN2A and hepatocellular carcinoma.
