There was a positive correlation between gene expression of RORγt and parameters, including CCR6 gene expression (p = .001, r = .461), CCL20 plasma levels (p = .0009, r = .477), ESR (p = .004, r = .419), DAS‐28 (p = .006, r = .402), anti‐CCP plasma levels (p = .019, r = .346), and rheumatoid factor (RF) (p = .001, r = .451), in the newly diagnosed RA patients (Figure 3–f, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene CCR6 and rheumatoid arthritis.
