Compared with the DAI 1d+HG group, inhibition of NF‐κB by PDTC increased the expression of claudin‐5, ZO‐1, and occludin‐1 in the DAI 1d + HG + PDTC group, indicating that NF‐κB activation led to BBB disruption after DAI suffered hyperglycemia (Figure 5B).
